A few weeks ago I had a rough idle at start-up and all of the CELs. He replaced the coil with an aftermarket bran changed the plugs (due anyway), and added some injector cleaner. If you have a scanner and it shows one cylinder misfiring you just have to concentrate on that cylinder.
